NIN does stuff like this, but it's more like they place tapes in random bathrooms, to tell people to meet at a certain location, and at that location is a cell phone, which will tell the people where to go for a secret concert, then they'll take the people to an undisclosed location, NIN will play, and then a staged SWAT bust came in to finish the concert
