Btw use format H.264 when rendering out, Dont use Premier's version do a Dynamic Link to Adobe After Effects, via Dynamic Link Import to After Effects Composition and Then Render there with format quicktime and compression H.264. Will give you full HD quality at a ridiculous low file size. Also youtube is switching everything to H.264 so that'll be good also because you wont have a pixaleted video like this :)

ahah for my 20 minute eve vid I didn't wanna wait for it to render in lossless so I rendered it in wmv first. Was like 800 megs so I used some H.264 program and brought it down to 200. Video quality wasn't really hindered.
