Honestly in my personal experience, I haven't been scared or shoo-ken up from a movie since I was really little. This movie is a reenactment of actual footage and tapes of people in a psychologists office in Nome, Alaska. What they did in majority of the movie was had actors reenact the scenes, and provided a 2 window shoot, one with the original footage and the actors footage. And the video tapes are very creepy to say the least. Please dont watch a cam version or anything like that. If you have the money go see it in theaters. Its an excellent film :)
