yea im sure i tried joining today again and it said "you have been banned from this server by server admin"

Only thing I found, and HAd to do it through your IP, which i grabbed from your forum login was this. And thats on the SND Pub, not even on the snipers pub. The snipers pub banlist doens't have your guid or IP. Like I said all i found was this...

oh ok thx but for some reason when i try to join the scopes it says i have been banned by server admin thx anyway though =(
and i dont think its from the last bann because i got a new key
i learned my lesson lol ;D

yeah, and that banlist never transfered to the scopes only> I honestly have no idea as to why its not showing up
