mnsis advertising/spamming in a2w promod pub

i was wondering what you guys thought about someone advertising/spamming in your promod server, here's a screenshot:

he spams this like every 10 fucking seconds. i don't know, personally if i was paying for a server i wouldn't like idiots spamming their bullshit to make money off of my server. thought i'd let you know, maybe you dont care w/e.
